Opulent Cult Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data in Opulent Cult.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers, location data, gameplay analytics, behavioural data, purchase information, or tracking cookies.
The Game stores two pieces of data locally in your browser's localStorage: your all-time high score, and your selected language preference. This data never leaves your device. It is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear site data).
Opulent Cult loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This is a standard CDN request. Google may log font requests according to their own privacy policy. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. We use no other third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
We set no cookies of any kind — not session cookies, persistent cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. Browser caching of game assets (images, scripts) contains no personal data.
Opulent Cult is suitable for users of all ages including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, and our zero-data-collection approach means no parental consent mechanism is required.
All GDPR data subject rights are satisfied by default through our zero-data-collection approach. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete. No data protection officer is required for our operations.
We do not sell, share, or process personal information. California residents have no personal information stored with us to opt out of selling.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
